Every batch is prepared fresh daily at dawn in our Mehsana rasoi upon receiving orders. We do not maintain old shelf inventory. Grains are roasted and pounded in small, unhurried quantities to preserve maximum volatile oil aroma.
Dispatched via express air courier within 24 to 48 hours of dawn preparation. Most metro deliveries arrive within 2 to 3 business days in specially sealed airtight tin containers.
